Taylor Land facilitated the sale of this exclusive development with planning permission for 65 executive homes (including an allocation for affordable housing) to Hayfield Homes. Our New Homes team were also retained as the selling agent for the new homes.

Taylor Land, in partnership with Ashtons Estate Agents have exchanged on this prime, allocated site in Graveley, Hitchin with Gade Homes. The full application has been submitted with a decision due imminently.

This consented building plot was sold with planning in place for a ‘grand designs’ style 6/7 bedroom detached dwelling. Following a full planning review we secured a buyer and concluded a deal, where others had failed.

Taylor Land, in collaboration with Ashtons Estate Agents collaborated on the sale of this consented site in central Hitchin. The scheme has detailed planning consent in place for 9 private apartments, designed in a mansion house style.

KEMPSTON DENTAL PRACTICE
Taylor Land sold this well known commercial building in Bedford to a local dentist practice known to the company. This deal was concluded off market with the price achieved being a third higher than that quoted by other local commercial agents.

Taylor Land was instrumental in the sale of this outstanding 8.3 Acre development site sold with outline planning permission in place for up to 78 residential dwellings with 35% affordable housing. With the knowledge and dedication from our team, we assisted in gaining the initial planning consent via strategic promotion which was then sold to David Wilson Homes.
